Elevate Your Club Experience, Measure What Matters
Confidential Member Surveys Tailored for Your Club
Independent feedback for a stronger, more engaged golf community
What Are Club Managed Surveys?
At Net Golf, we specialise in creating bespoke, independent member surveys designed exclusively for golf clubs. We work independently of club management to ensure that your members’ voices are heard, trusted, and kept completely confidential. Our tailored surveys allow members to speak freely about their experiences, giving you genuine, actionable insights to help your club grow.
Why Choose Us To Manage Your Survey?
Empowering Golf Clubs with Honest, Confidential Feedback
1. Confidentiality & Trust
Our surveys are conducted independently, guaranteeing that members' responses are confidential. This approach fosters honest feedback, giving clubs the insights they need to make real improvements.
2. Custom-Built for Your Club
We design each survey to address the specific needs of your club, covering everything from overall satisfaction to detailed department feedback. Our tailored approach means you get results that are relevant, meaningful, and actionable.
3. Annual Tracking for Continuous Improvement
With Net Golf, you have the option of conducting annual surveys, allowing you to track department scores and an overall membership satisfaction score. Over time, these benchmarks provide clear indicators of your club’s progress and help you set strategic goals for improvement.
Benefits for Your Club
Move Your Membership Satisfaction Score Forward
1. Department Scores for Targeted Improvements
Gain department-specific insights—whether it's the course condition, dining experience, or pro shop service—so you can pinpoint areas for growth and recognise high-performing teams.
2. Overall Membership Satisfaction Score
Understand how satisfied your members are overall and set actionable goals for improvement. By tracking this score year after year, you can measure the impact of your efforts and show members you’re committed to enhancing their experience.
3. Strengthen Member Loyalty and Engagement
When members see that their feedback leads to real changes, they feel valued and heard. This drives stronger member loyalty, deeper engagement, and a thriving club community.
