We can discuss timescales and other essential parts of the project and give you more information on what we can do. If you decide to book us then we will put an accurate plan of action in place and set up a client account where we can exchange information as the project progresses.

After the initial consultation we will also send an accurate quote. If you decide we are a good fit for you then we will set up a client account and send out a standard website design contract. We will also ask you for the design fee to initiate the project and the remainder will be payable at the handover stage. If you select a full management package then the first payment will be due on the 1st of every calendar month by direct debit.

There is no set answer to this as each project is entirely different and dependent on the content you have available and the completion of client tasks. We would have gone through a rough timescale completion for you during the consultation phase and this will be adhered to providing the client also meets the tasks/ review deadlines.

Yes, copywriting can be included as part of the website service. However, the information and copy for your new website should be provided by the client. As the client, you possess valuable insights into your club and the message you wish to convey. While we'll request headlines and copy from you, we're here to offer guidance and support. Our professional copywriters can refine your initial drafts into polished, website-standard content, saving you time and ensuring a professional presentation throughout the site.

A website can be made or broken by the standard and quality of images. We will use whatever imagery you want to provide however if you want to showcase your golf club to the best possible standard then we highly recommend professional high resolution photography.

We will also provide generic industry specific golf images that have commercial copyright included as part of the website package.

If you have the Birdie package on completion and sign-off of your website, we will have an official handover where we will show you the admin back-end of the website and show you how to make basic edits and updates.

As an alternative we also have a management based package where we can manage the site and carry out all of your updates and site maintenance.

Its probably bette to ask uswhat we wont do! We will perform any task you want us to from changes to a fixture list, to building a new page because you have just taken on a new PGA professional. You may ask us to change the pricing on your membership page or you may want to have a special offer page built. Maybe you want to change your home page with new text and images? Or maybe you want to add a question into one of the online forms etc? We will do whatever you need us to.

Once you're set up as a management client, you simply submit an UPDATE form. This form allows you to specify which part of the website you want changed and provide the necessary details such as text and imagery. We aim to process all updates within a few hours, with a maximum implementation time of 24 hours. Our websites feature an announcement bar at the top, commonly used by courses to announce closures, etc. You'll typically control this section, enabling real-time updates for timely communication on anything urgent.
